Before the installation begins, we mark out the perimeter.
2. We begin digging out the footprint of the pond, using lasers for precision.
3. We place the liner and underlayment.
3. We carefully set the boulders.
5. We build up the sides and the waterfall with rocks. We install hardware and lights.
6. We complete the landscaping, fill the pond, and start the waterfall.

Proper lighting makes a huge impression on a water feature. Without lights, it can be very hard to see your beautiful water feature at night. Adding lights allows for more visibility and colors. We install lights of various shapes, colors, sizes, and types. Just ask about it and we'll help you find the perfect lights.
Rather than fading into the night, this beautiful Pondless® Waterfall we installed in Alexandria VA only gets more serene, thanks to the lights.
Design Process
Design Process
After receiving an inquiry, we identify a "ballpark" price over the phone. Once approved, we typically require a $200 in-person design deposit. This covers a full design consultation, and is counted as part of the down payment, should you proceed with the installation. After the consultation, we provide the official quote and proposal.
Sometimes heavy machinery must be used to complete a project. While there is some assumed wear and tear on your property, we are skilled and dedicated to limiting damage inflicted on grass and plants. Working in suburban areas, there isn't always enough space for large equipment. If your yard is tight, don't worry. We use a variety of sizes of machinery and can fit into some tight spaces.
